Checchi served as the prime contractor of the Rule of Law IQC, which was USAID’s primary contracting mechanism for procuring services in the areas of improving access to justice; court systems administration; legislative and policy reform; judicial training and legal education; public legal awareness; informal justice; and security sector reform. Checchi’s task orders under the IQC included projects in Afghanistan (three projects), El Salvador, Kosovo, and Nicaragua.
