Checchi provided technical expertise for an assessment of the administrative legal system of Bosnia. The assessment included an examination of Bosnia’s administrative law and procedures, and institutional obstacles to compliance. Recommendations emphasized reforms needed to improve administrative processes and reduce the backlog of utility cases in Bosnian courts.
